Beach Vacation - How to stay fit when you travel

We cannot always keep working, everybody needs a break. We must go on a holiday and spend time with family and friends. This will give us new energy to work. Now the question arises where to go? Going to a beach can be a good option. The smell and sound of the waves make us feel that they are inviting us.

The ocean breeze gives a soothing effect. People go to the beach to relax and spend some time away from their hectic lives. Many of them take part in water sports like snorkeling, scuba diving, etc, therefore; there is something for everyone on the beach. This is the reason why people love to go to the beach for vacations. But packing for beach is a difficult task and requires great attention; if we forget something then we will not be able to enjoy ourselves.

When we go to a beach on a holiday there are certain things which we must take along with us. We must take sun protection creams for our body, sun block, sunscreen lotion with SPF 15 or greater, lip balm, aloe vera gel for burns, swim suits, travel clothes, sunglasses with ultra violet protection, hat which has a wide brim so that the face is covered properly, towel, umbrella, blanket which is wide enough to cover a large area but it should be thin so that it easily fits in the bag.

One important thing which we must not forget is water because sand, sun and sea water all are dehydrating agents. Beach toys like Smash ball and Frisbees would be useful to play with on the beach. We should also pack a full-sleeved shirt and a full pant because the beach generally cools down after the sun sets. We should not take any valuables like jewelry, electronics, etc and we must not forget good books for beach reading.

Moving to the Sea

I am very excited because I am moving out of my cramped flat in London to the seaside, Hastings to be exact; I am so excited because I have always wanted to live by the sea ever since we used to visit my grandparents in Hastings for the summer holidays. I have had a look round a few seaside towns but I think Hastings has exactly what I am looking for. It has historical sites, plenty of nightlife, good shopping centre and of course the great stretch of British coastline, I can smell the sea air as I write this post. Ok so have the inclination, found the place I want to move to and know enough about it to know I will be happy there – so where do I start, well, sigh, I had to look around the estate and letting agents Hastings , to find one that suited my needs. You would have thought it would have been a laborious task but as it happens I got lucky, after phoning a few places I found Oakfield Property based in the heart of Hastings and they were great, quite literally great. They had had experience in moving people into the town from other cities and they knew what I needed to do, the potential pitfalls and well everything I needed to move. I have a moving date in a few weeks and everything is set – I am so excited – I know I keep saying that but it great to know I’ll be by the seaside in a few weeks – living the dream.
